The existing facility was purchase from Tecnol/Kimberly Clark.
In each of the manufacturing companies, Mr. Kaplan has acted as the primary consultant for all manufacturing procedures. His expertise and success at growing FiberCo has been used as a model with the other companies, and extends to sales hiring manufacturing personal marketing strategies, including new product development.
In these business, Mr. Kaplan has provided all legal counsel including incorporation. He has provided continued legal counsel for a variety of issues with clients, including IPO considerations, e-commerce actions, mergers and acquisitions, and collections. He is a skilled negotiator and has provided negotiation of employment agreements, commercial insurance coverage, and employee benefits plans with Insurance Companies, real estate leases, purchases, and purchases of small to middle sized companies. In addition, he has owned and operated office buildings, and shopping centers.
